The value of the 1940 and 1941 nickels, assuming they are well circulated, is 10 cents each. Meanwhile, the quarters, if worn, are worth face value.
The paper currency that you listed is worth only a few cents above face if worn and probably isn't worth selling; you can spend those if you'd like.
