Send it in as it is.. a CSA 20 dollar gold piece 1861 Confederate currency. You might look into (NGC) Numismatic Guaranty Corporation, I think they may have some sort of deal going on, if not you could call during regular business hours and speak to someone about the process, once they get a look they'll tell you if it's worth grading or if it's a fake.
