How much would this 1983 p quarter be worth and is the marking mint errors.
Is this 1984 double die on the words and Lincoln's ear?

I'm afraid the 1983 quarter has post-Mint damage. I'm trying to blow up the obverse image of your 1984 Lincoln cent. I don't see any signs of doubling based on the photo I see, but since you have the coin in hand you might be able to take a closer look with a magnifying glass and check.
