    In 2014 I purchased 4 of the Gold Kennedy Half Dollars from the US Mint. Two of the coins have red marks on them. One coin has discolouration on Kennedy’s head. These were proof coins and should of been perfect. How did these coins escape quality control and then sent out to customers? Do the coins have any value other than spot price? Thanks, Dean
