I have one sealed case titled 'SILVER DOLLAR'. All others in possession are designated as 'UNCIRCULATED SILVER DOLLAR'. Is there any significance to this? Is it a typo?
TIA

Your uncirculated dollars are just that: uncirculated. They have never made the rounds as pocket change. The one that just says "Silver Dollar" without "Uncirculated", if it is indeed circulated, should have some sign of wear. Of course, it could also have been a printing or packaging error. If it is just as pristine as the rest then a typo is a possibility.

Thank you.
In researching my Morgans, I'm perplexed as to why so many reviews and articles indicate the CC mintmarks as being located between the O and the L in the word dollar. Mine are all between the D and the O.

Not sure where you have been reading but indeed, the mintmarks on Morgan dollars should be on the reverse between the "D" and the "O" in "DOLLAR". That is below the wreath, where the mintmarks were placed.

I'm not sure that I'm doing this correctly.
We have silver dollars from 1884 - 1921.We have several 1922. None appear to have a mint letter. Can you give me some idea of what they are worth?
I don't know how to post pictures.

Carolyn, coins without a mintmark were minted in Philadelphia. You can read more about mintmarks here: https://coinvalues.com/library/mintmarks

You can get estimates of value on your Morgan Dollars from our info pages: https://coinvalues.com/morgan-silver-dollar

Ditto on the half dollars: https://coinvalues.com/walking-liberty-half-dollar and https://coinvalues.com/franklin-half-dollar
