Phil, we cannot see any photos. Did you upload them using the Attachments area below the input form? There's a button that says "Upload Files".

Are the photo files in JPG? If not, can you convert them to JPG? Also bear in mind there is an upload size limit of 2 MB.

Phil, thanks for sending those pics privately. They were 3MB each, that's why you couldn't upload them. The Maximum File Size is 2MB. Here they are:
