I'm new to the collecting world and have some questions... It seems like this is a good place to get answers so...
I have 2 1936 wheat pennies that have no mint mark. What does that indicate? Also, I have a 1955 wheat penny that's silver in color. It weighs 3 grams exactly according to my scale that goes up to tenths and I've attached a couple of pictures, sorry for the blurriness. Thanks in advance...

Your penny might be silver due to contact with certain chemicals. Turning pennies from copper-color to silver and gold is actually a popular chemistry trick.
