I am 55 years old and have been interested in collecting coins since I was a kid.i recently became interested again in coins.i am mainly interested in u.s.large cents and ancient coins.also English coins.i am currently battling a very aggressive cancer called cholangio carcinoma. I had a very large tumor removed from my liver 14 months ago then went through 6 months of chemo.unfortunatly I am having terrible problems with my liver it has stayed very swollen and sticks out making my stomach look pregnant even though I am not over weight.i am basically miserable all the time.it feels like I have another tumor in my liver.i have a scan die in 4 weeks that will show if another tumor has grown.im praying it's not I was in the hospital for 5 weeks for my surgery. It was the most horrific experience of my life.was only supposed to be in the hospital for 7 days at most after the surgery but was still didn't go home for 5 weeks.scared to death at the thought of going through it again if I have another tumor.i have never been a drinker how ironic that my liver is being destroyed by cancer when never drank and never any illegal drugs.and the outrageous medical bills that have come along with this cancer.thr 5 year survival rate unfortunately is very low for this rare cancer buy hey I have lasted over 14 months so far.i try to stay positive. Anyway I would like to get back into coins I just have to start very slow due to the cost of this cancer.ig anyone else unfortunately would happen to have this cancer and would like to share there experience with me I would really enjoy talking to someone going through what I am.it would be comforting in many ways.anyway hello to all of you members and I look forward to becoming part of your community on this site.coin people are some of the nicest around..god bless and can't wait to hear from some other members.thanks so much for listening, SCOTT WRIGHT.
