The flames were printed but this is just normal wear..after years of circulation coins become worn down and hard to see that's why finding old coins that look new is really good. In coin collecting condition of the coin is everything. The less beat up and scratched, discolored or damaged, the better, you could find a double die but if it's in poor shape it still won't bring you the same premium as one that has nice eye appeal. O and D are smashed the last 4 doubled stamped or flat ,on liberty the List on rim and leaning the t also the E on we is lower the the w and flatReported

Unfortunately, those aren't errors ..theO,D the L on the rim and the E are all post mint damage..the last 4 looking doubled is what's called (DDD) orUnfortunately, those aren't errors ..theO,D the L on the rim and the E are all post mint damage..the last 4 looking doubled is what's called (DDD) or Die Deterioration Doubling - it comes from the coin dies becoming worn, it's very common especially on pennies.
but keep looking Tina you'll find something good with an eye like that.
